More muscle growth means more tone to your muscles.

•Train Intensively But Do Not Over train

You must train intensively for your muscle to grow. Try to do more reps or add more weight than the previous session or else your muscles will think (actually muscles don't think, they adapt), "Ah... we've done that. Nothing new, so no need to grow bigger and stronger." That being the case, you will wreck your chances of attaining an attractive muscular body.

Because of this, it is important that every time you train hard, you give your body time to recover as it has suffered strains and actually sustained many small scarring. Contrary to popular belief, your muscles grow when you rest, especially when you sleep and not in the gym. So sleep at least 8 hours a day. Also, do not train everyday or work the same muscle group more than once or twice a week. If your training was vigorous enough, do no more than an hour per session.

Try not to do cardio work on the same day as your weight lifting work. In fact, during the muscle building phase, you should do less cardio work as aerobic exercises burn muscles. You can increase your cardio work at cutting body fat phase, so as to lose body fat in order for your muscle tone to show up nicely.

This is the most neglected fundamental of bodybuilding. Everywhere, everyday, you will see people using wrong forms and techniques. This not only compromises your growth, it will also make you susceptible to injuries... sometimes even permanently putting you out of the gym.

Wrong form occurs usually when people try to lift weights that are too heavy, whether out of vanity or ignorance. As a guide, always lift with strict focus on the muscle you intend to build for that exercise. Feel it contract and extend. Lift the weights deliberately and slowly. Never ever swing your weights up especially when doing bicep curls or the military press.

This is what most people don't realize. Your lower body makes up 60-70% of your musculature. If you don't train them, not only will you look spider-legged, your entire body will not grow as quickly and as large. Don't think that you can hide those skinny limbs in pants! But it is precisely because of such intensity that you will produce more growth hormones when you sleep and overall muscular development is stimulated. Starting Position:- Hold a dumbbell in each hand and allow them to hang down at your sides. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Distribute your body weight equally between both feet. Movement:- Inhale, keeping your heels in contact with the floor at all times, slowly lower into a squat position. Exhale as you slowly straighten your legs, keeping your head and chest up, returning to the starting position. Repeat as required. 5 lb dumbbells work well, but you can start with 2 lbs and then work your way up to 5 lbs within 3-5 weeks.

Lunges: Front Thigh Exercise.
Starting Position: – Assume a standing position with your feet slightly less than shoulder width apart. Grasp a barbell with a wider than shoulder width grip and place it across your shoulders. Movement: – Inhale, keeping your back vertical and slightly arched, slowly step forward with one leg making a long stride, lowering your body down slowly until your rear knee lightly touches the floor (if you cannot go as low as this, then work your way up to it over 2-3 weeks). Exhale and shift your weight backwards, taking one step (or 2-3 small steps if that sounds difficult) to return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side. Remember to consult your doctor before this or any other knee exercises if you have had any knee trouble!

Lying Face Down: Front Thigh Stretch.
Starting Position: Lie on your stomach on a matt with your legs together. Movement: Reach behind you and grasp your right ankle with your left hand. Pull your right heel up as far as you can. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other side. Please remember to hold for 10 seconds for this stretch.

Seated Split Stretch: Inner Thigh Stretch.
Starting Position: Sit on an exercise matt and spread your legs as far as you can. Movement: Lean to your right side and reach for your toes. Rest your hands on your toes or at your ankle. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other side.

Seated Butterfly: Inner Thigh Exercise.
Starting Position: Sit on an exercise matt with your back straight. Movement: Bring the soles of your feet together and pull them in as close to your body as you can. Allow your hands to rest on your feet or to apply light pressure to your thighs. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Hold this position for 10 seconds. You will find this most effective if you gently push your knees down using your hands, be careful not to push too much.

Seated Hip Twist: Outer Thigh And Rear Thigh Exercise.
Starting Position: Sit on an exercise matt with your legs straight out in front of you. Movement: Bend your right knee and place your right foot over your left leg. Wrap your arms around your right knee and gently pull it in towards your left shoulder. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other side. Remember to hold for 10 seconds.

Lying Leg Pull: Total Thigh Exercise.
Starting Position: Lie on your back on an exercise matt with your knees in the air and feet flat on the floor. Movement: Bring your right heel to rest on your left thigh. Loop your hands around your left thigh and pull it towards your chest. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other side. Remember to hold for 10 seconds in each set.

The tropical rainforest food web is all about who eats who in the tropics. The web describes the chain of events every organism goes through to obtain nutrition, or energy, in order to survive. A food web is a network of food chains.

There are some things we need to know about the food web. Each level of the chain is dependent on the adjoining levels. Autotrophs make their food from light or some form of chemical energy and are at the bottom of each food chain. These primary producers are eaten by herbivores (plant eating organisms) that are eaten by carnivores and omnivores. The secondary consumers may be eaten by tertiary consumers, who are carnivores. When any organism dies, tiny microbes (detrivores) take over and what we humans know as decay occurs. And the food web starts all over again.

The rainforest is home to more plants and small insects than any other organism. And herbivores far outweigh carnivores and omnivores. We could provide pages of scientific facts about tropical rainforest food webs. Instead, we'll cut to the chase and tell you why all this is important.

Its importance lies in the very critical concept of interdependence. Each organism in the food web depends upon all other organisms in the chain for basic survival. For example, if an insect becomes extinct, plants that it consumes will proliferate and equilibrium in the rainforest will be disturbed. In addition, members of the food web that rank above the insect in question will be affected because it will no longer be available for consumption. This disruption leads to further extinction of species and ultimately the entire food web is drastically changed if not completely obliterated.

We humans need to work to avoid obliteration of any member of the tropical rainforest food web. The endangered species list keeps getting longer, not shorter. We should be concerned.

If you are courteous, polite, recipients will mention you favourably when they write letters, will speak well of you in your social circles.

>> Sympathy notes must be written carefully. These are e.g., get-well notes, sometimes on cards; or, to express condolences to someone who is in mourning -when most do not write a letter but a note.

> A get well note or card, whether to a close relative away and you also write a letter, or on its own, is always more appreciated if one adds a personal touch to it. For example, if to a friend and it is not serious, "Don't take your time about getting well -we haven't finished our chess game yet…"; if to a friend, and it is serious, "I'll pray for your speedy recovery." An example, if it is to someone you hardly know and are sending it as the done-thing in your social or business circles, is: "I will look forward to hearing of your recovery from mutual friends and colleagues."

>In bereavement cases never try to cheer up in a sympathy note with a joke; however well meant, in one's grief it may be deemed unfeeling, inappropriate!.. How to Write a Fundraising Thank-you Letter for Example (Includes a Free Sample)

Thank-you letters are one of the most important letters that your non-profit mails to donors. They remind donors that they made the right decision in supporting your organization. They show that you are grateful for the donors gift.

As a bonus, thank-you letters increase donor loyalty, strengthen relationships with your donors and increase your chances of receiving more gifts in the future. So here are some pointers for writing effective thank-you letters.

Be personal.
Address your thank-you letter to your donor by name. Don't say "Dear Friend."

Say thank you, thank you, thank you.
Show your gratitude by repeating, in a few different ways, that you are thankful for your donor's gift.

Be specific if possible.
Mention the size of the gift, or the date that you received the gift, or at least say "Thank you for your recent gift." Donors are busy people who need to be reminded that they responded to your appeal.

Show how the donor's gift is being successful.
Reinforce in your donor's mind that sending a gift was a wise investment in the work of your organization. Describe a recent success that was made possible by the donor's generosity. Or show in other specific, tangible ways, how or where the donors gift is making a difference in the lives of the people that your non-profit serves.

Thank the supporter, not the donor.
Somewhere in your letter, acknowledge that you value your reader as someone who supports your organization and believes in your mission. No one likes being treated like an automated banking machine.

Encourage dialogue.
Show a genuine interest in your donor by inviting them to write you, or phone you, or visit your website, or drop by your mission, or in some other way strengthen your relationship.

Be soft in asking for more funds.
Your thank-you letter should say thanks. If you follow your thanks with an immediate and aggressive appeal for more funds, you may cheapen your thanks and offend your supporter. So be gentle, and soft-sell the request for another gift.

Strive for originality.
Be fresh. Make your letter unique. Avoid language that sounds like it was churned out by a bureaucracy.

Below is a thank-you letter that Doctors Without Borders (MSF) mailed to donors who responded to their appeal letter for their work in Afghanistan.

Flag Football Strategies - Offense

This article will cover flag football strategies. I am going to assume you are coaching or playing 7-on-7 flag football.

Offense in flag consists of a couple of key things, first misdirection. Misdirection is key for running an efficient offense. Reverses, halfback passes, and having your offensive lineman pass are some very effective trick plays. Those plays are a good place to start from. You can add your unique touches on these plays. Try to run a trick play once every 12-15 plays.

Next, remember to use your offensive lineman for catching passes. Most teams just use their offensive linemen to block. Using your offensive lineman to only block will limit your offense. For example, when starting a game, start the game by passing to your offensive lineman. As the defensive begins to key on your offensive lineman, your wide receivers will begin to get open for the deep passes.

Speed is key in flag football, especially for offensives. Every position should have a player who has speed, even your offensive lineman. A slow offensively player does more damage to your offense and will also slow your offense down. There may be some situations where you may want a big slow lineman in the game but these situations should come rarely. With fast players on the field the defense will not be able to key out your top offensive performers. Speed, speed, and more speed mixed with misdirection plays will help you score a ton of points.

Somethings you should practice with your offensive units are breaking towards the sidelines after a catch, catching the ball at the highest point, and blocking. Teach your players to break towards the sidelines. There are two reasons for this: First the sidelines cut off the numbers of flags the defenders can pull and second, it makes it tough for the defenders to get a good angle to pull the flags that are available. Catching the ball at the highest point teaches your players to be aggressive and to go up and get the ball. A simple drill to use is to have a head to head competition between two players. Toss the ball and allow the players to fight for it. The loser runs a lap and if they both drop the ball then they both run a lap. Blocking is key and the blocks do not have to be quality blocks. Pretty much your players just have to put a body on someone. One key block can lead to a big play for your offense. These are basic flag football strategies, you can build from here.

Using flag football strategies to run your defense is a lot easier then using flag football strategies to run an offense. when creating your defense a couple of things to focus on are 1. not giving up the big play and 2. pulling the flag. When running a defense a simple formation is to have 2 Defensive Ends, 2 Defensive Backs, 2 Linebackers, and 2 safeties.

We will start with your defensive ends first. Your defensive ends should be your top 2 athletes. Why? Because in flag football most offensive plays take time to develop. With you top 2 athletes creating havoc in the backfield your defense has already won half the battle. Have your defensive ends line up about 3 feet outside of the tackle and let them loose. Their main job is to force the offense into mistakes giving the rest of your defense a chance to capitalize on those mistakes.

Your defensive backs should be your 2 most aggressive players. Attitude is key here. Your defensive backs will be the only players in man coverage. They need to be aggressive and have speed. Your defensive backs should line up at the line of scrimmage and bump the receivers at the snap of the ball. Bumping the wide receivers serves two purposes. First , it sets the tone for the game and gives your defensive an edge with intimidation. Next it puts your defensive backs in a great position to help out and cover the run.

Your 2 linebackers should be your best flag pullers on the team. Your linebackers main job is to clean up any plays that get away from your defensive ends and backs. Your linebackers will play a zone and their zone will be each half of the field. Your linebackers main job is to protect not to attack. You should not blitz your linebackers unless you have. When you blitz your linebackers you leave half of the field open.

Your 2 safeties are your last resort. Their only job is to prevent the big play. No one should ever get deeper than your safeties. Teach your safeties to keep everything in front of them. Their main job is to protect against the big play.

These are very basic defensive flag football strategies but when used correctly they are very effective.
